Event Description: FREE workshop by a Florida Hospital Physical Therapist, Brian Bebout Workshop geared toward new and seasoned athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone who is interested in preventing leg pain and improving performance. Join us for an educational session to learn proper stretching techniques,including foam rolling techniques,for pre and post activity to reduce tightness,pain,and risk of injury.
