Gary Yeomans Ford - Daytona Beach

Went to this dealership last month for an oil change and had a great experience! There was a little wait but had excellent customer service. A nice waiting area and a place to grab a bite to eat as well. The service department was attentive and followed through all the services. I would recommend this dealership for any maintenance.

I would Strongly recommend not doing business with Gary Yeomans Ford Dealership.

I thought I had purchased a vehicle and put down a $1,000 deposit. I was working with the dealership people in getting information and pictures of the vehicle that I thought I had purchased. I also completed the credit application. I did not hear anything back from anyone at the Dealership. I called their finance department to see if they had all the information that they needed. They just referred me to the sales Department. The Sales Department told me they would investigate and get back to me. I did not hear back from them much later that evening and they told me the car had been sold to someone else.

I have purchased many cars over the past 50 years, and I never had a dealership sell a car out from under me like this.

This dealership practices and not very ethically or are they respectful in providing Customer Service!

Again, I would strongly encourage anyone looking to a deal with this Dealership, that you take your business somewhere else.

They don't honor their online incentives.
They advertised online summer sales gas card. When we mentioned it - like it says to - we were told the fine print says this only applies to full price vehicles. We read it out loud to the sales manager, as it does not say that. BUT of course, restrictions apply (insert eye roll).
Our salesman was friendly.

3 weeks straight offering me 2023 F350 and 450 each time I said I WILL BUY THE VEHICLE AND GAVE MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY! and said I will head over every day they said the car would be available by the afternoon that the Manager was giving his friends and opportunity first and a supposed person that had a heart attack for 3 weeks straight
they led me on and sold vehicles to friends and family. DO NOT take this place serious as all they do is play games.. Try the west coast of Florida these Ford dealers are one honest and two reasonable

I ordered my 2021 Ford Bronco through Gary Yeoman over 16 months ago, because they were on an original list of dealers who promised not to charge ADM (Additional Dealer Markup) on these very popular Broncos. It wasn't supposed to be a problem, but then the pandemic affected the supply chain of car parts on a level that was not foreseen by anyone in the world.

When the Broncos finally started rolling off the line, several dealerships decided to jack the prices up on the Broncos, screwing over these people who had been waiting literally over a year for their trucks that Ford had promised them MSRP protection on. The dealers were sneaky. They didn't touch the MSRP, but they did tack on that ADM.

They increased the price on these guys by anywhere between $5-20K, sometimes right as the order was happening, sometimes not until the reservation holder showed up to take their Bronco home. This was not the norm, but the vocal minority of those getting screwed over were very upset about this online, which made me very paranoid about my own situation.

Luckily, the salesman I got teamed up with was Henrik Host-Madsen. He goes by Henry. There were several opportunities along my journey where he and/or his management team could have jacked me up, but they did not. This poor guy, I was texting him questions and wonderings just about three times a week, and he did an excellent job of assuaging my fears.

That being said, I still could have showed up yesterday and have disaster strike, but that wasn't the case. Henry and his team took care of me, let me negotiate on my trade-in, didn't harass me about extended warranties, and the parts/accessories manager even hooked me up and helped me get the most out of my $500 accessories coupon. Did I mention that they gave me a coupon upon my reservation of the Bronco back in July 2020?

This was the first vehicle that I ever purchased on my own, and Henry made it so easy for me. He was not shady in any way, shape, or form, so if you want a salesman who's not shady, go up to Gary Yeoman Ford Daytona Beach and ask to speak to Henry. You will not regret it. I'm know I'm going to go back in 5-6 years for the EV Bronco.

I made an appointment for 2 Ford recall issues. When I got there, I was told that Gary Yeoman would not fix one, but would fix the other. It was a 1/2 hour job. I returned 8 hours later and they hadn't fixed the recall issue. I lost time at work and drove a long way to my appointment, just to have them not do the work. I drove away with the car the same as it was originally, because they would not fix recall issues.

I took my $85,000 F450 to the quick lube last week for an oil change. About 10 minutes after leaving my check engine light came on. I was near 4-Boys service center and had them check it out. My truck needed 9 more quarts to top it off, Gary Yeomans dumbass only put 4 of 13 quarts in it! Don't use there quick lube, they use off the street dumbasses that don't have a clue.

They Don't Care about You, just Your Money. When it takes 36 hours to call with what is going on, After leaving 2 voicemails, Tom finally decided he might need to talk with me.
This Incompetence comes from Leadership, or Lack of!

Spoke to three different salesman asking for info about inventory. Each said they would check inventory and would call me back. Not one person called out of three salespeople.

Customer's service is horrible in here, lady in the front desk told me that the shuttle will be here in about 5 mins and 2 hours past I am still here. I swear I will never buy any ford cars again, at least not in this place.
