We are one of the only drug rehab and alcohol programs that provides inpatient treatment with a true gender-specific model. Serenity provides exclusive rehabilitation with both our inpatient and outpatient treatment programs. Men's Residential Treatment takes place on a 10-acre, private spiritual sanctuary in Edgewater, Florida. Here, we offer dual-diagnosis substance abuse treatment that coincides with our unique 12-step completion model. Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) in New Smyrna Beach, Florida is available to both men and women. The Serenity Springs philosophy is simple. We can and will recover from the hopeless state of mind, body, and spirit that results in substance abuse and addiction to mask the problems within. Our expert clinical staff works with our treatment professionals who have recovered themselves. Our unique, effective client to staff ratio of 2:1 is a key factor to our alumni success in their sobriety. We are determined to remain a tight-knit, family-oriented, substance abuse treatment center. We provide a very comfortable and homey atmosphere. This separates us from the corporate approach to recovery. Many sick and suffering addicts have been cycled through as another number, never reaping the full benefits nor hearing a real solution to their pain and misery. We are here to change that. So, from our family to yours, welcome home. It is time to break free from addiction!…

      Serenity Springs is a life-changer and a life-saver!!!

I am forever grateful to Justin Pike and his team for saving my brother's life! From the very first phone call with Justin, he was patient, caring and understanding. Seeing a loved one spiral downward is painful to say the least. After many years of begging and pleading with my brother to get help, he was finally ready to accept the help.

We chose Serenity Springs' in-patient program for 30 days. They have a rigorous program that offers the residents group therapy, individual therapy and a safe place for them to become self-aware and commit to change. Not only did he learn and grow from the staff but he also gained much insight from the fellow residents. Everyone there left an impact on my brother and he was open and honest along the way.

The person I dropped off is not the person I picked up!!! In my brother's words, he said "if anyone is struggling like I was... Serenity Springs is the place to go. They uncovered so much that I didn't realize was an issue. I have completely changed my outlook and now I actually look forward to my future." Hearing my brother say these words is a dream. I see him implementing the steps he learned there daily and working hard. I know this would not have happened without the care, attention and support of this facility.

If you are struggling or have a loved one that needs help, I highly highly recommend Serenity Springs. Have a conversation with Justin and I know you will feel the compassion and understanding during the first call like I did. No one wakes up one day and decides they want to become an addict. Addiction is a hard road and can lead to nowhere fast. This is so heart-breaking and painful to watch especially when you feel helpless. I am so proud of my brother for accepting the help. I am still pinching myself that I may be dreaming... of course not everyone will have the same results but what I do know is that none of this would've possible without Serenity Springs and their trained staff.

Thank you soooooo much for giving me my brother back. I write this with tears of joy in my eyes. Justin, you and your team members are doing great work and I am thankful for you all each as each day passes! My brother was a dead man walking until he came to Serenity Springs and now he is actually inspiring me and everyone else around him. Forever grateful to you!

I can't find strong enough words to express the extent of my gratitude to Justin and the entire Serenity Springs Staff. I got back the love of my life, and have confidence in his ongoing sobriety.

The journey started when we initially met with Justin, who showed compassion and caring about my fiance before even knowing that we could get J admitted. J voluntarily entered the program looking for sobriety, and now truly realizes he gained a new lease on life.

Our next step was navigating health insurance coverage and FMLA. At a time like this, you need to focus on your loved one, but also have to take finances into account. We were never alone in this process. Justin kept us well-informed and assisted whenever we asked.

The professionalism and commitment of the staff was evident throughout J's month-long education at Serenity Springs. Not a day goes by that J doesn't speak fondly of his memories and experiences with Jason, Rino, Miss Kim, and other members of the staff.

Having this experience in the midst of Covid 19, it was comforting to know that cleanliness of the facility and accommodations were constantly well-maintained.

Serenity Springs has been a Godsend in our lives, as we know it has been in many others.

      - Michelle

I've had the pleasure to work with Serenity Springs Recovery Center for over a year. I have seen first hand the improvements on the facility and plans for expansion. As an Orlando Drug Center, Serenity Springs Recovery Center's main focus is to help those who truly seek to make a change in their personal lives from addiction.

At one of the most difficult times , my boyfriend went to Serenity Springs and that was one of the best decisions he made, he was struggling with addiction and Serenity Springs really made a difference in his life , helped him so much and We couldn't be more thankful for it . This facility is definitely one of the places where their staff and Doctors really care about every individual.

Ultimately: If you're looking for a 12-step program located in a beautiful setting, but offers you the most basic rehab curriculum, then go here.
If you need more (and most of us do, being that recovery isn't one size fits all/ there's a spectrum), I'd look elsewhere.
As someone whose in business and has been in recovery themselves, I know that finding a rehab, like any care, is about finding the right fit. I was VERY clear about what we were looking for when choosing a rehab. We asked MANY questions. Unfortunately the answers were very much embellished. I was well aware of the tricky rehab business, that many promote things they don't follow through with. This place 'seemed' very genuine and they had all the credentials and good reviews. So we took a leap of faith.
We are from NY, and paid out of pocket for my fiancé to go to this rehab in Florida because under the 10k scholarship price they promised things such as IV Amino acids (I've done this before and know how effective it is since recovery is mind-body, and brain), 'true' dual diagnosis, individual therapy multiple times a week & even healthy meals. He did not receive any of this. Too good to be true for the price. I wish I could fit the whole story here, but I can't. So the short version is that: they were very disorganized, understaffed, and *some* were even unprofessional and dishonest.
The first week he was there, he received minimal treatment, just 'start reading the big book, work on the 12 steps & some vitamins. His evaluations & treatment 'plan' didn't really complete until the second week. * First red flag : Evaluations should be done within the first 24 hours, no excuses.
He was supposed to start the IV Amino Acid right away, and they kept coming up with different excuses as to why it was taking so long for him to get it, ASSURING me he will get it no matter what because 'its in the financial agreement' and every time I expressed my concerns, I was gaslighted by the admissions officer, who told me I need therapy to work out my worry. Whether I need therapy or not.. it was completely unprofessional of her to try and invalidate my concerns this way. In the end, looks like I had a reason to be concerned, because he did not receive the aminos, they said that the doctor (who we weren't allowed to speak to), refused the aminos; said they are no longer offering it until they do detox on site. Yet they still offer and promote the amino acids on their website. Their excuses completely contradicted what they promote online and on the phone before they took the money, and were an insult to my intelligence. I'm still unsure of who oversees the whole program, as there was no contact to this person.
Their solution to compensate was to give him an extra 2 weeks in the facility. Never received the financial breakdown as promised. We took the comp anyway, hoping it was better than nothing. Truth is, it did not make up for all the broken promises. We were promised that medical care was included in the price yet we are now receiving multiple bills. He didn't see the actual doctor once. No Nutrition. They gave the bare minimum/state required amount of clinical. It was mostly 12 steps, which is okay but quite frankly can be done almost anywhere now. The therapist he worked with was great (Nikki), however she was limited to one individual session a week, even though we were promised more, and they didn't even complete the full cycle of EMDR. Communication between patients & loved ones was so insanely limited, so I'm thankful the therapist allowed family therapy phone sessions so he could actually get some family work done.
It seems that they focus more on a support system between peers than they do actually helping them professionally. He could have went to a place here that does the same w/ his insurance.
*** I believe the owners meant well in the beginning, and hope that instead of just covering this up with a bunch of new glowing reviews, they actually take a deep look and re evaluate what's going on now if they want their patients to have long-term success.

Just about the money! Its a hole and the wall and wanted $15,000 up front plus whatever insurance would pay for 30 day..... This place promised that they were concerned about the patient and famiiy and then released my family member on flimsy excuse before the agreed on date. Also being there a week, I was called to get me to pay for $10,000 in experimental amino acid injections? Place is run by greedy twenty somethings with no experience, poor management skills, and no communication. Do not go here! Place is a rip off!.

The best place for Addiction Recovery in the USA. Any kind of addiction can be treated here and has been. I have seen numerous young men come here and have their lives totally changed. And not changed for a month or two, but for a lifetime. The staff, facility and environment are top notch. This is the place to stop recovering and recover!
