| Duties: | Specific Duties - Build your own book of business.
1. - Identify locally based organizations as prospects.
2. - Using marketing plus sales. Build relations with company.
3. - Meetings, contract negotiation, job order taking.
4. - Interview and selection of suitable candidates to present to clients.
5. - Update database with all communications.
Hours/Shift/Days: Full-time 40 hours - Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm
Minimum 2 years experience within recruitment industry.
Skills: Organized, not afraid of using phone and have good phone etiquette. Proactive attitude.
