Duties: | Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting.
• Answer phones and greet customers.
• Assist in filing documents.
• Reroute calls to appropriate people.
• Answer inquiries about company.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
• Create letters and emails in Microsoft Word/Outlook
• Retrieve files for personnel.
• Take and deliver messages.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
• 1 year experience in office setting and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). |
