Greetings from the Daytona Regional Chamber!

We are excited to have you join us for the 105th Annual Meeting presented by Halifax Health on Thursday, February 6, at the News-Journal Center. Below you will find details on the evening, including parking, arrival, attire, dinner selection, and itinerary.

Since we may not have email addresses for everyone in your party, please share the following with all your attendees. Please encourage them to read the following thoroughly as it should answer most of their event questions.

Parking

Parking is available at or near the News-Journal Center.

Arrival and Entry

Please enter the News-Journal Center through the main lobby doors. Check-in for the 105th Annual Meeting will be conducted just inside the entrance.

Itinerary (times are approximate)

5:30pm: Check-in and General Reception begins
6:00pm: Proceed into the Davidson Theatre for the 105th Annual Meeting program
6:15pm: 105th Annual Meeting program begins
- Presentation of two prestigious awards
  - J. Hyatt Brown Enterprise Award
  - Glenn Ritchey Leadership Award
- Ceremonial passing of the gavel from 2024 Chairman Mike Sibley, James Moore & Co., to 2025 Chairman Mike Sznapstajler, Cobb Cole.
7:00pm: Food, fun, and fellowship for the duration of the evening!

Dinner

Buffet stations will be open at 7:00 p.m.

Attire

Business attire is recommended for the evening, noting that the event may have features indoors and out at the News-Journal Center and the Riverfront Esplanade.
