Super happy with Jerry Brittingham! I have used them several times over the past three years. Every time, they have been very professional, reliable, and efficient!

Just had a new Ruud AC system installed by Jerry Brittingham and I couldn't be happier! They did such a good job! Thank you Matt for the quoting process and all of the follow up process. Thank you Sara for all of the scheduling and coordination! And, a special thank you to DJ and Paul for doing such a great job installing everything!

After a long weekend of spending money, like I won the lottery, I came home to discover that my AC was broken, and was instantly filled with regret, and honestly considered selling my children who was also helping me spend money.

As we know, AC jobs can be very expensive so I begin looking up different companies. I reached out to this company, because unlike the others, they had no fee to come out and diagnose what the problem was. Again the price of EVERYTHING is going up so when you have someone like them offering a break even if it's a tiny break it is very much appreciated

The first person that came out with Patrick. He was very kind, very respectful and very honest he told me that my thermostat needed to be replaced (which I suspected) and I love the fact that they charged the normal going rate for the thermostat itself. Me being me I already do my research on how much things to cost so I hate when people try and hit you over the head with prices they did NOT do that to me and I appreciate it. Within 15 minutes if that my thermostat was replaced, but Patrick still wanted to make sure everything else was working as well. Unfortunately (but fortunately.) because of my crazy thermostat it caused another part to go out as well however, what I do like is that Patrick explained what the issue was explained how much the part cost and told me how much it would be to fix it all upfront, so that I can decide whether or not, I wanted to proceed.

I do like that they do not charge a hourly rate they do charge by the project. So for me that's a good thing because he had to call and wait to see if they had a part in stock. They did it yesterday, but they were able to come out and fix it today .

Today (Thursday) Kevin came out and again I have to come in them on their customer service. He came in. He was very nice. He quickly fix the issue and also make sure everything else was up and running as well. Both the gentleman that came to my home were amazing.

As far as the business excel when I sent out a quote request, they were quick to respond not only do they email you. They also text you as well as remind you of your appointments and tell you in advance who will be coming to your home. I highly recommend this business. Their work is awesome and it didn't totally break my bank. .

We have used Brittingham HVAC services since we moved and are very happy with their services! Technicians are very professional and the office staff is friendly and helpful for scheduling and payments for services rendered!

Brittingham installed an electrostatic filter system and a UV light in my HVAC a year ago. Everything has worked flawlessly and I am completely satisfied, not only with how well everything works, but with the professionalism of the technicians. Tyler and Rochelle were both friendly, informative and professional. Today, a year later, Rochelle returned to perform the annual service on our HVAC and the systems they installed. I couldn't be more pleased with the work she did. She is a great representative of Brittingham A/C.

Always professional and will work on a problem until it's solved. Every staff member has been courteous and prompt. You won't be disappointed !

Update: I have spoken with Mr. Brittingham and am satisfied with the outcome of our conversation. He was very professional and understood my frustration. I'm sure with updated training and managing, this issue was handled properly and will benefit future customers. Thank you Mr. Brittingham.

I'm disappointed in Jerry's technicians that visited my condo, not one but two technicians misdiagnosed my problem, after 3 weeks of waiting for parts that they said I needed I finally decided to get a second opinion, within 15 minutes with second company my problem was fixed, will not recommend Jerry Brittingham to anyone, if Jerry would to contact me and discuss reimbursement of payment for services rendered feel free

My dryer stopped working because my dryer air vent was clogged they were very responsive and came the following day. Tyler and the other technician he brought were really knowledgeable and very helpful and explained the process of what they were doing. I'm looking forward to using them in the future for all my AC/heating/vent cleaning needs!

When I noticed one Sunday morning recently that our AC unit outside was making an unusual noise, my husband and I knew we needed the help of a professional HVAC company. But which one? Upon turning to Yelp and Google to search, we discovered Jerry Brittingham A/C & Heat, Inc.. And boy, are we glad we did!

They almost immediately returned our call. A nice technician named Mark came out within a half an hour. He was very friendly, personable and professional. And very patient with us! He explained everything in a clear and concise manner, showing us all of our options. The price for the service we needed was very reasonable! As soon as the part came in - which only took one day! - another very nice and professional technician named Jason came out and fixed our unit good as new and fairly fast! He didn't mind explaining everything he was doing, showed us old parts and was very respectful of our house. Even our kitty, who is very leary of strangers, liked Jason. A lot! Needless to say everything went very well.

Bottom line is this: Jerry Brittingham A/C & Heat, Inc. is the place to call for all your HVAC needs. This is a hometown company - which is a big plus in my book! - who is trusyworthy, prompt, friendly, very reasonably priced, professional and the only company I will ever call should we need this type of service again...which as homeowners is bound to happen again one day. At least now, when it does, we know we'll be in good hands.

I just had the best experience with 2 of the team members. Very knowledgeable not wanting to over sell me products or labor. A great feeling knowing that my problem was properly addressed.

They are expensive and take shortcuts. The result is that the cooling in my mobile home is not as efficient as it should be.
